Delivery Information
How ordering, delivery and collection work.
1. Build your order
Browse the catalogue, add the items you need to your cart and adjust the quantities. The cart shows the price of each item and your order subtotal.
2. Send it on WhatsApp
Enter your name, phone number and delivery location, then tap “Order via WhatsApp”. Your full order — products, quantities, prices and total — is sent to us as a message.
3. Confirmation
We reply to confirm availability, delivery cost and timing for your location. Larger items such as generators and air conditioners may need delivery arrangements.
4. Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Payment is arranged directly with DARLEX AVENUE when your order is confirmed. We never ask for card or Mobile Money details on this site.
Collection
You are welcome to collect your order in person during our opening hours. Let us know on WhatsApp and we will have the items ready.
